just as i thought. so you have to synch for every video. its to much effort i find. and im very happy with my avermedia so i send back the hd pvr2

it only takes about 10 seconds.. takes me longer to put my intro and outro in then to sync audio :)

it not that bad once you get use to it. I usually count to 5 before I start recording my commentary so it'll be easier to sync with my gameplay
 
i dont understand that 100%. you just count, because of the delay?
you havent cut anything to get the delay out of the record?
