Personaly i would say do the giveaway and just say you don't have to be a subscriber to do the giveaway. But i would still be influenced to just give it to my subscribers if they entered. I know that sounds really of an unfair advantage but i feel like subscribers who like your content and don't come to your channel just for a giveaway deserve a reward for being awsome
