Having trouble growing!

The banner looks great, and while I can't really comment on your avatar since it's mostly a matter of personal preference (I find shoulder to head close-ups to be most compelling for avatars, but again, that's just me) I do feel that the text on your videos' thumbnails are a little bit hard to read.

Awesome thank you for the tips! As for the thumbnails is it the font type or the font size?
 
Cant watch videos at work but agree on the thumbnails. They are not very clear and it is the font.

Alot of the text looks like it has some transparency as well, like you didnt want to completely cover up the image. I would go with strong bold bright color with a darker border on your text.

Dont use complex fonts, nice clear lines would be better.
 
Just uploaded a new video mind taking a look at the new font (just the font) if you could and give me some more of your thoughts! If you have time.
 
Looks much clearer. Im no expert but I would use a plainer font as well in future, but this one is bright and clear enough to read easily.
 
your channel art looks pretty cool bro. Uhmmm well I don't know how to grow your channel. I just wanted to check the channel out it's good to look out for us small youtubers. Sooooo I will subscribe and will checking your new vidz as I am also into fitness.
