Having friends help make videos

How should I go about doing this? I have someone that is going to help make videos and i'm wondering how much money should be split. I already get ~200,000 views a month so when they start working do you think that they should be entitled to the money gained from videos I've already made and what do you think the split should be? example 60 me/ 40 them

One last thing what happens if they stop making videos should it just be done and I get the future revenue from the videos they helped with?

Side note: they'll probably using one of my computers.

Work out how much your current videos generate, then keep a record of what revenue the collaborated videos make and split that 60/40 - 60 for your you, for your time, effort, tools and computer and 40 for he's time, effort, enthusiasm.

I'd make them work for peanuts
