I'm Just a Meme Machine
The thing with Bloodborn is that I think everyone and their grandmother are lping it, so watching a let's play from an unknown channel may not seem very appealing. Now your video on your love for the rifle spear was perfect for the type of Bloodborn content that people would be more willing to watch from a fairly smaller youtuber. Just a 5 minute or under video addressing a specific part of Bloodborn that you love and find interesting.
Since Bloodborn is a fairly popular rpg you will be more attractive to that fanbase viewing-wise if you bring stuff to the table that your competitors don't. Be it lore, cool glitches or cheats, walk-throughs for bosses, or your opinion on certain aspects of the game (aka rifle spear). I'm not saying to stop lp's for rpgs at all, but if I were to find your channel and take a look at it, it would usually be because of an entry type video like the rifle spear. Gotta get them hooked on the content, then you will have them asking you to play it for them!
The iRacing I think is also doing well because it targets a niche that doesn't usually get catered to by too many other people. The market on these type of games may be under-saturated in fact, because you are doing fairly well in my opinion view wise. I won't say you have to keep making more but it is an interesting note. I have the same thing happening on my channel where my lp of perfect dark has sucky views compared to most of my videos. My sonic videos suck and are attracting no-one and the Dead Rising 3 campaign is just a disaster that I'm considering moving on from. But the review videos I started doing for fun are getting much more feedback then anything else I do.
