I received this email this morning in my email I clicked the link on the email and then closed the link. I didn't do the offer they may be after my details. Has anyone else received this email in the email or I am the only one to get the email ?
 
Looks like a scam to me, they will probably ask you to give them your account details or something like that on the link, just stay away from it

I clicked the link but closed it without doing anything to be safe I just changed my password on my gmail. Hopefully nothing happens to my gmail account.

Yes, from what I remember of scam links nothing should happen, and good idea on changing the password to be double safe.
 
Yes I 'have win' lol the exact same prize this morning also. Same email. Maybe they want us to fight for it Angeline? lol Its a shame it came to my gmail account rather than hotmail as you can't block on google, you can only filter which still end up getting delivered on way or another. Google and Hotmail need to do something about fixing the cloned email address.. that nonsense has been going on for years. How hard is it to deliver an email showing the 'actual' senders real address?
 
Hmm. not sure what you meant by restarted your channel? I notice on your about page it says Joins Dec 31st 2017. Hope you didn't go to the trouble of re-creating a brand new youtube channel? It was just a spam mail. It was obviously a scam, but I clicked the link as well through a Tor browser just to have a laugh of what ever it was. Nobody can gain your log in details just from pressing a link. So I wouldn't worry. You would have to download something and install it to have put yourself at any risk. Especially if your on a Mac.. your safe.

Yes I did restart my channel du to this email
 
It looks like a phishing email to me. As long as you didn't fill out any forms with passwords and personal info, I think you should be fine. I'd run a virus / maleware check, and then click on this link to make sure there isn't some weird program with access to your gmail account:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
And then carry on with life. No worries! :) I don't think you need to make a new channel -- and if you did fill out your password with a sketchy iphone X redemption form, then resetting your password using Gmail's website should have fixed it. ^_^
