Have Prank videos gone too far?

I like pranks which are made with some intelligence, which make people to wonder, think, be curious, be amused and enchanted. JustForLaughsTV has some great Jesus pranks (the walk to crucifixion and walking on water) or pranks with kids.
Simply scaring somebody is not so much fun.
 
There have always been idiots. Now they can record themselves and get some -undeserved- attention.

I don't thinks there's a problem with pranks, it's with some idiots, but you just can't get rid of them.

I love Just for Laughs pranks for example. When the victims enjoy the pranks you are doing them the right way.
 
They definitely have gone to far, some prank videos are great! The small pranks where nobody gets hurt and everything is ok afterward, that's totally fine. You can't add violence and insult though. That's just wrong
 
Well, there is a line between being a funny prankster and just being a d**k. And those kids you were talking about were just dicks.
