Keep making your videos man. Also work on making your lighting better.
Dealing with trolls and people who dislike your video shouldn't be that big of a deal. people who troll and leave stupid a** comments are just waiting to see if they can get a response out of you. Just stay focused and keep grinding it out you'll find your audience man and do not let the trolls discourage you in any way possible. They are at least taking the time to leave a comment so you are doing some right.

I know it can be disheartening, but don't let it stop you from making videos. There are some small minded people in this world that love nothing better than to bring other people down with them...
+ I always think it's better to look at the like/dislike bar as the same thing, the more you have the higher rated your video AND it's an extra view isn't it

The more videos you make the more supporters you will get, and they will defend you from the trolls as well

Hate on YouTube wouldn't be a problem if people treated it as a milestone.

Still, hate does hurt and I do sympathize with all those who are affected. It's a shame that the technology we enjoy for connecting us to the world also happens to be the technology which has opened our eyes and revealed just how little progress we as humans have made.

I wish I had trolls. Honestly, let the person hate on you and troll your videos all they want. It still counts as a view. It still counts as a subscriber. And believe me, people will sub you just to know when you post a new video and they can hate on you. Let them. Its more publicity for you.
