Hm... haters gonna hate. lol.
I actually have a few things to say about haters on youtube. As I already stated in another thread, no one likes putting their hard work and effort into a video and then watching it receive a lot of hate and negative criticism. Even youtubers with the toughest skin are going to have their doubts if their work is always received negatively.
The first thing you need to remember is that internet haters or trolls are overly blunt and rude because of the anonymity of the internet. The majority of these people would never say a single thing in person that they so brashly type over the internet. The haters also typically have a lot of personal insecurities, and tend to lash out on others to try and compensate for their own inadequacies.
Next of all, hate and dislikes snowball when fed by other users. It's kind of like an internet social acceptance so to speak. People are more likely to dislike a video if the majority of users have already disliked the video. On my old channel their are some videos that started out with several negative votes and it snowballed because of it. Even though I would agree that the videos on my new channel have higher production value than the videos on my old channel, I can still go back and look at those videos and realize that several of the voting "streaks" were because people were just trying to "fit in" so to speak. In fact I guarantee if I was to re-upload those videos on my new channel the voting would snowball in a positive direction because of my subs.
On that same token, likes and positive comments can also snowball and be fed by others. This is the very first video I ever posted on my new channel:
It didn't receive a dislike for several months with over 100 likes until someone posted a comment that pointed it out which I responded to and a troll quickly had to "steal the spotlight" so to speak by being the first person to dislike the video.
But I do want to point out, that on the opposite spectrum of haters, is loyal subscribers. I have grown my channel to the point that I have subs that comment and write to me about every single one of my videos. I have subs that I communicate on a weekly or even daily basis through a variety of social platforms. They are my shield against haters. They come to my defense before I am able to even read the haters comments. They reject and humiliate haters on my videos to the point that the trolls no longer stick around and scurry back to their caves.
While you are a small channel, you might not have these loyal subscribers. But it gets better with time. The more people that you add to your youtube "support system" the easier it becomes to deal with the haters.
Now even though I've already written a novel here I do have a couple last thoughts for you about your specific situation:
1. Your "friend zone" video is an advice video. The number 1 thing to have when creating an advice or tutorial video is to have credibility. Even though I agree with most of the things in your video, it's hard to "believe" your advice without giving the audience some credibility. Perhaps you could create the video with an attractive girl roleplaying the dating section of your video. Or maybe you could share a quick personal story to relay a point in your life when you got yourself out of the friendzone.
2. Be wary of where you obtain your audience from for your videos. It appears that you are getting more views on your videos than you have subs so you must be promoting your videos somewhere over the internet. Different methods of promoting your video will expose your videos to different audiences. I stopped posting my videos on gamefaqs.com boards because I found that their were more trolls and haters that commented on my threads from that forum than people that offered me constructive or positive advice to my videos. Perhaps the reason you are getting so many haters is a bad source of promoting your videos. It's the same as receiving spam messages via youtube. People are much more likely to dislike a video if they feel like they were forced or unwillingly shown your content.
Anyways, best of luck. Keep creating and expressing yourself. While you are small as others have said just block/remove the haters comments and don't reply to anyone as you will just "Feed the trolls". Once you develop enough loyal subscribers the haters will move onto someone else.
