Has becoming a creator changed your views?

Before I started making my own videos I very rarely thought about leaving comments or liking videos. Now that I am a creator and understand just how much that support can mean to a channel I am very conscious to like videos when I enjoy them and to leave comments when I previously wouldn't have. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced a new perspective since they started?
 
Definitely, even if the comment is in someway critical (preferably constructive), it's just nice to know someone stopped to watch my video and took the time to make a comment, the one of the things I look forward too most as my channel grows is interacting with the comment section :) So I take time to write comment more myself on other peoples videos that I enjoyed, since I would assume it means as much them as is does to me
 
I have felt the same! I would rarely subscribe to people and NEVER comment or like videos. Now that I see how important all those things are, I make a big effort to support people by doing those little things! :)

I haven't changed much, but I do tend to leave a bit more positive feedback to people in the same genres as my channel. The extra stuff is usually pointing out what they did good or what they could do better, I don't think I'd do that if I didn't make my own videos. Kind of a friendly competition/critique I guess
 
Yeah most definitely. I never really looked at it before like there was all that much to it, I mean I knew people worked on their videos, but I never knew how much they worked heir butts off for their videos. So i'm glad i've been able to experience the the other side and appreciate them and their dedication. So I like leaving people comments! It's nice and I think it makes those creators feel good about their work.
 
Absolutely. I didn't used to understand the power of sharing someone else's video, because it never occurred to me how much it can help others. Now I share at least one video per day on various social media sites.
 
It's changed how I percieve what a 'big channel' is.
I don't recall ever even looking at content creators below 50k before starting my own channel.
Now I realize the hustle involved in getting from 0-100, 100-1000, 10,000 etc-
