I wouldn't say that's the case with most gamers, Polaris has 100-200k subs channels on 60-70%
I wouldn't consider a 100-200k channel a top partner. And neither does Polaris.

I know, just saying, gaming doesn't include a whole lot of equipment/studio/production.
Like PewDiePie and the Yogscast (their biggest) handle their own editing/uploading

Ive had mixed emotions with this network, i joined when my channel was unknown since then i have achieved 2.7k subs and 700k views, i got paid $365 two months ago since then they have missed a couple of payments with them i have been told they will pay me this month though so hopefully everything goes well, but if i was in your position i would wait for a better partner i have quite a good youtube now but unfortunately im stuck with awesomeness for about another year now

Funnily enough I actually have! I'm being serious! I got approached by a "channel development manager" who skyped with me and went over things ect and since I have his email address if I have any problems I just message him and get a reply in like under a day!
