Has anyone ever been stuck at a sub count?

Yes ive was dragging along at 569 for ages then the clearout happened now i am dragging along at 562 and going nowhere really honestly think i need to really think over everything
 
Happened to a close friend of mine. He was stuck at 23 for about a month (granted he wasn't uploading very often). He put about a week's worth of work into a video he released that was both currently relevant and would be a searched for topic in the future as well which helped kick-start him back up to gaining consistently again.
 
I got to 35 exactly three months ago. Then I dropped to 33. Then I rose to 34, 35. Back to 34. Back to 35.

I simply cannot pass 35 (':
 
I've had 19 subs for a week, but then again, I only have one video up, so I'm not really one to say anything.

I can imagine how disheartening it would be though :/
