Has anyone ever been stuck at a sub count?

I have been at 20 for a week straight now.
Just wondering if you have had the same problem?
How did you get over it or is it just time?

A week is a small amount of time to say its stuck but I can only imagine the feeling, especially of Selim. 2 months would be disheartening. I have fortunately never had this feeling while my channels were active. :D

yeah it was hahaha the only thing that kept me happy was the large amount of views i was getting 500 plus on over 10 videos but i got off 54 to 56 lol

For the longest of time I was stuck at around 80 subs. The fact that I was in a bit of a hiatus didn't help as well.
Then I started doing more videos, and experimenting with the videos I did and a few weeks later I am at 120 subs atm :)

You've only been uploading for three weeks and only have 20 subs, so tbh I wouldn't even consider that being "stuck at a sub count". Perfectly within the expected fluctuations I would think. If you were a large established channel and went a week without any subs, then I'd call that being stuck. But when you're that new and have that few subs and are getting the number of views you're getting it is to be expected. Things move slowly at the beginning. The fact you got 20 in your first couple of weeks shows you can get subs, so just keep uploading...people will see your vids and will subscribe. Nothing to worry about.

YouTube doesn't keep up with sub time that fast, the update speed on your subscribers part is slow.

ive been stuck at 13 for 2 weeks :) though my new pc doesnt arrive til this week so not uploaded anything as i dont want to upload poor videos. so im greatful it hasnt gone down (famous last words)

Yes sir! It was more common when I was below 100 subscribers. As you grow that number will start to fluctuate more because as your subscriber base grows and your content gets out there more and more people find your channel and subscribe (or unsubscribe because you have fallen out of grace).

Don't focus too much on that number though!

Aim to create videos that will be searched forever (or at least a long time). Or aim for a video that will appear in the suggested section of some other really popular video that you know will be searched forever. If each of these videos just helped you get 1 sub per day. Well imagine if you could do this 100 times. You'd end up with a minimum of 100 subs per day. You'd never have to worry about your sub count getting stuck.
