I've Got It
I'm happy to announce 10.000 views on my channel Kiddopedia.

I've had just had a look at my previous milestone, which I posted two months ago. It was "1000 Views and 20 subs (almost)".

A couple of my videos are gaining viewers through search results. My content is highly searchable, and I'm trying to use the recommended SEO tactic of using long-tail keywords in title, description and tags. I enjoy the process of searching for keywords using several resources (Adsense Keyword Tool, Tube Buddy, YouTube and Google AutoFill, etc.).

I currently have 43 subs, which is still 7 short of my target 50. The growth here is fairly slow, which is probably a result of my content. My viewers are mostly parents letting their children watch my educational videos. They don't engage much by liking or commenting. I still want to work on my subscription numbers to improve my channel authority.

Next goals: 20.000 views and 50 subs.
 
Congratulations! Educational videos are fantastic, and I'll bet something is going to make your growth even faster as they catch on.
 
Views should be higher than Subscribers because your views describe the popularity of your channel. Congratulations for achieving 10K views. All the best for 50 subs.

Thank you @Jawad Soomro . Yes, I'm happy with the nigh number of views. It is just the views/subs ratio for my channel is higher than others.

Congratulations on hitting 10,000 views! I really like the design of your thumbnails btw, sticking "with real HD videos" on there makes it very tempting to click on, it's no wonder that you have all those views

Yes, indeed. My channel is viewed around 12 hours per day at the moment. It is a good feeling to know that you are touching people's life in a way.
