I would say the white text with the black outline makes that segment stand out more compared to the black text with the white outline. I would the white text one is your best bet to go with :)
 
I think the white one gets a little lost in everything.. I would pick the black one :)
Also I would feel racist if I said white is better than black..
 
I don't know if you're still taking votes or not but if you're still up for taking a random viewers opinion, I actually like the white a lot better.
To me it gives off a light and innocent feeling from it and it's easier to look at for my eyes. :O_o2:

To be honest, before looking at the thread, I thought this was a bit racist :p jk. But yeah, both work really well, you can go either way, but if you go with black, try to give it some drop shadow or make it pop a bit more, for me, it kind of mixes with your background and the edges are a bit hard to read. If you fix that, it'll look great. Black for me :)
