guy flags my cideos for no reason....HELP!!!!!

this Guy i know he stays in new York and he keeps flagging my videos. I don't know what to do at all if i block him he will just create a new account and flag my videos again. He flags them because he thinks its funny and i don't want my account getting deleted over ststupidity. I stay in Virginia and when ever he flags me he messages me and laughs. If i stayed close i would handle him but he's way to for that. My bad about the punctuations. HELP!! And its really really getting to me.

Well, YouTube staff have to first check the video, etc. before they take it down.
What does he say to you?
 
If you turn it around you have one dedicated viewer who takes the time to flag every video you make.

Haters gonna a hate and in the ends it's just another viewer.
 
He messages me on kik and screenshots my video showing that its flagged and tell me to look and be laughs he does it for no reason.
 
Just keep blocking him and ignore it. Its a looooot easier to block him. then it is for him to create a new channel. Do it and troll him back. He will spend more time creating new accounts and thinking of new emails, then you will worrying about your videos getting taken down. Which they won't unless its p**n. ha ha

yeah it just annoys me. And i thought if a video gets enough flags it gets your account deleted[DOUBLEPOST=1382128497,1382127903][/DOUBLEPOST]

But if he has a new account how can i tell I'm getting flagged?

I'm pretty sure he'll get tired of it.
Unless your videos are incriminating (which I highly doubt), YouTube will ignore the flags, so upload AWAY!
 
My understanding is that people who abuse the flag system get their accounts terminated anyway. So if your videos don't have a problem, let him flag and flag, and get his account terminated and then you don't have to do anything. I don't know much about how youtube's discipline system works, but hopefully what I said above is true and this guy gets IP banned or something.
