Hello. I will be telling you how to react to hatefull comments/trolls. This won't always work by the way, because some haters are 100% d*ck head. If you don't want to read all of this then go to the bottom, I posted a main rules, its just a simplified version of this 
STEP ONE:
Don't go to their channel and dislike their videos, and don't post hatefull comments back. This will just result in you commenting on their channel and them commenting back, this will turn into an infinite cycle of hate, the hater will say "He replied to my comment so I will reply back" Also if the person is bigger on YouTube then block them because he might get his "army" to hate on you. This is what happened to a person who hated on "minesotaburns" If you watch him then you will probably know who im talking about, the guy now has about 100,000 dislikes. DO NOT mention them in your video because they can contact someone big on twitter/Youtube and tell them that you are hating on him.
STEP TWO:
Be positive, as I mentioned above, do not give them attention, thats what they want. You can reply "thanks for the feedback" The hater might apologize. If they say that you channel sucks then just say "how could I improve?" Or "Thanks for giving me feedback, I will try to improve" Try to go along with the joke, if a troll says "the instructions are crap, I got my p***s stuck to the door" say "haha lol I will try to make them clearer next time " DO NOT say something like "STFU you di*k" the troll wants you to reply like that, so do the opposite.
STEP THREE:
If they keep on trolling/hating then just ignore them. Remember that theres a block button, don't be afraid to use it. If the hater has a twitter/YouTube fan base, and if they dislike your videos to the point that its 90% dislikes and 10% likes then just tick "aproved comments only" and also disable rating (likes and dislikes) And remember to block all of them
MAIN RULES:
Do not hate on them just because they did it to you
Do no mention them in your videos
Reply positively e.g. "thanks for the feedback"
Do not give them attention- remember thats their objective
