It is not even right how many of my friends who done playthrus of GTA SA and got the majority of the series taken down from songs in cars _--_ epsecially radio los santos.

That's because of music copyright, not Take Two's gameplay copyright.

thats what I mean the music really will increase the chance of you getting f**cked by the copyright police, its not like GTA though when you can kill them by running over them with a BMX however...

From what I heard was that people in Europe already could play the game from PSN.

No they don`t. What instead happend was that for a short among of time you could preload the Game crypted over PSN and some illegaly open some of those Game Files and could that way look at some of the Content of the Game (Movie & Music Files) because those files weren`t crypted hard enough.

At no point you could play the Game if you had downloaded the Preload over PSN.

Just to make it once more clear:

Take 2 & Rockstar Games made from the beginning glass clear that they will handle it as always if someone will upload some footage ahead of the Launch so while everyone was warned about it still some decided it to do.
