Growth has stopped, how to re-start growing?

I started to properly upload to youtube towards the end of September and early October. I started to grow pretty well gaining, 100 subs in a month! But since then, my laptop broke so i didn't upload for a couple weeks. Once i came back to uploading, i didn't see the same amount of views, growth or likes.

How do i start growing again, or is it just a case of continuing to upload and hope it happens?

I think it's just a matter of restarting. Maybe your subs thought that you abandoned the channel and moved away so you must regain their "trust". Try to be constant and to improve in every single aspect of you channel and results will come. Go and get'em buddy!
