Growing my channel

alright so i havent missed a single upload. people say i need to be consistent, and im doing all i can to do so. i havent missed and upload since i started, which was about 2 months ago and i still barely have any subscribers. Im trying to make my content as best as possible, so if you guys know any ways for me to improve my channel/grow it, let me know. thanks
 
social media is your best friend. I started uploading properly 2 months ago too and I used social media to help me take off and find people that are interested in my posts. Twitter and Facebook helped the most for me for my videos (mostly skits :p). Find one thats good for you and use appropriate tags to find a niche audience
 
Have you been posting your videos on social media and forums like this? That helps quite a lot!
 
What everyone else said. :P but remember, you are doing gaming mostly I see and that is one of the most over-saturated markets on YT so it will be harder to break through in that kind of genre, but if you have good content and keep working at it and promoting your stuff, you will see a regular rise in viewership and subs.
 
ADVERTISE ADVERTISE ADVERTISE ADVERTISE in ANY way you can (while not being annoying and spammy).

YouTube is 40% great content, 50% advertising (at first anyway) and 10% luck. As time goes on and you become more popular, you do not need to advertise as much as your subscribers will share for you.

Keep doing what you're doing, and from the looks of it, it's working. Your videos seem to be averaging around 10 likes and 3 comments which is really good for your size. KEEP IT UP! :P
 
It took me a long time to reach any subscribers. After 3 months I only had about 10 subs. Now (6 months later) I gain about 60 subs a months. The more videos you have, the more can be found on YouTube, the more can be shared. The more subscribers you have the more they will share and talk about your channel. It all takes time, so advertise like crazy :)

I'm a small channel still, myself, so take my advice with a grain of salt! :P That said....

I see that you are consistent, for sure, but there is a significant time gap between your videos (consistent as that gap may be). Every time you upload is another chance for people to find your channel, and an opportunity for you to further advertise your videos and channel. As a gaming channel, you have to consider that your successful competition is also consistent, but upload on a nearly (if not) daily basis. Every day is an opportunity, as is every upload.

Time management can be a pain, I know! I'm trying this YT thing, but I work at least 40 hours per week, attend school, and have a family to take care of, so I totally understand if time is a limiting factor for you. These are just my ideas, like I said: take them with a grain of salt. Stay on that grind, and good luck! :D
