Group Channel or Solo Channel?

My channel is also a group channel with a bunch of friends. And I notice that sometimes not everyone will be available all the time. So I just create a video with the guys who are available. Sooner or later the people who aren't in the videos will see all the other videos we did without them, and will be moviated to start recording again.

I think group channels are really cool because it can work to draw in a larger audience. However, if not everybody is really working hard at it, it's just not going to work out. Consider working alone for a little if they don't step it up. Or maybe work on finding new people who are as passionate about it as you are. Either way, good luck!
