Group Channel Get Noticed?

I have been part of a group channel for about 3 months now, but I noticed that the subscriptions/viewer rate is near flat constant for it...kinda bummed out.
Any ideas on how a group channel can get recognition?

I have always noticed group channels to get very little views, that's if you're talking a channel of people uploading individual videos, try doing videos together.
