If you've got Amazon in those countries I imagine Amazon would have it. I believe there is definitely Amazon France, but you can get things delivered from any Amazon to my knowledge. I've looked for things on Amazon US and almost ordered it over to the UK where I live, so it's definitely possible and the postage wasn't too bad.

Personally I've just ordered a greenscreen today, but as I live in the UK I just used Amazon UK. It was a fairly cheap one, with good reviews. You can also use Amazon UK I believe. :)

Literally type green screen in to google.. They are not hard to find. Are you looking for suggestions for particular green screens?

Yup, exactly what I was going to say. There are many foldable ones you could store away. It only needs to be large enough that you will fit within the green area, you can digitally crop everything else.
