Request Great Logo and Banner Needed! For Free!

I need a banner and logo for my channel, Brilli. My logo would need to have TF2 based and my name (BRILLI). Could it kinda be like ThatGuyTagg with a cool logo (maybe a huntsman overlay). For the channel art, could it have the same logo with a TF2 map behind it? Also I would need my username.

I will not be offering payment in the current state, however...
 
I know you said you won't be offering money. However, if you can't get anyone to do it for free you can check sites like fiverr and get it done for next to nothing =)
