Graphics Card Or Flycam?

I'm aiming to make some improvements to le production of my videos and I only have enough for either a new graphics card or a steadicam, I'm really not sure which to get! I'd love to get a graphics card as my current one isn't quite cutting it with the element 3D, but on the other hand I've really wanted a steadicam for a while, they help so much with getting amazing shots and smooth motion :D

What do you think I should get?

I'd skip on the graphics card. Besides depreciating very quickly, the only thing a graphics card does is speed up your rendering time-it doesn't actually allow you to do things that you can't already do. A steadicam is a better investment.

yeah I suppose that's quite a solid point!

I would personally stay away from steadicam's.. get a glidecam instead :) way better, we have both in college and the glidecams are like 1000% better, unless you get the steadicam that includes the vest..

If I'm not mistaken your card is a GTX 650? That should still do perfect for editing in Element 3D, like stated above by @Wreckless Eating all a new Card will do will improve render times, I would invest in the Stedicam.

Quite a few cheap steadycams are quite s**t though, gotta be careful. How much and which steadycam?

Also, it would be "la" in this instance, "la production de mes videos" not le x)
