You don't own the stuff by copyright so you can't do anything.

You cant do anything, Youtube cant help you either as there is no watermark on it ( I assume) So, Oh well, Last time i got conned out of 10£, i was sad

There is no proof of them being created by you I presume?

If you do free stuff always put a watermark or something on it.

Thats still not hard evidence and they wouldn't go that far into it to prove the rights of it :/ I wouldn't say don't trust people on the internet just get to know your clients a little first.

Yeah but thats something that you could've created afterwards. If someone in China creates a Nike shirt he can't claim it as his just because it looks the same. You see what I mean?

I have not read the whole thing so correct me if I am wrong.
If somebody has stolen you're content and you own it and no other company/organisation has claimed it/it is owned by them
go here http://www.youtube.com/yt/copyright/copyright-complaint.html you can instantly take down a video if it is infringing yours people can appeal from the claim though, and false claims well just don't make a false claim.

Also, you need proof e.g pictures of the workspace or just put a watermark on you're vids.

Yeah, but doesn't documents have times they were last edited, and if YouTube looks at when the thumbnail was uploaded.
