Google Adwords is promoting your channel right? It's paid. If you have money to apply it, you can do it but I think you don't need it.

If you go to video manager and click he drop down arrow by the video you will click promote. after that you set how much you want to spend over a duration of time.

I just started an adword campaign, my ads were disaproved then i resubmitted them and they were temporarily approved before being disaproved again.
Google customer service is horrible, they just transfer you from one department to the next without any real solution. Except: "the situation will resolve its a day or two"
