Good vlogging camera for outdoors and indoors stuff.

Okay, so I saw a few other topics about this, I know, but I wanted to say the specific type of camera I was looking for, since I'm terrible with trying to find the right one.

I don't have a real budget, but I'm hoping to not go over $300. If I have to, whatever, but I'd prefer to try and keep it below that.

Also, flip would be nice (not the brand, just a camera that I can see myself and also record myself at the same time), but it's not a requirement.

I also want a high quality camera, obviously, and something that I can use outside and will still be able to pick up the video and audio really well. Thanks in advance for any help!

I've heard really good things about the Canon Powershot SX50 HS. It does have a flip out screen, and it weighs about a pound, so not too hard to carry around. However, it's about $360.
