Good Screen-Recording Software

I've been using the demo for Camtasia Studio 8. Thinking about buying the full version though. It works pretty well
 
My Screen Recorder works well for me on Windows 7 and Windows 8. The recordings are crystal clear, it is perfect for demos and tutorials -
 
I use Fraps and Bandicam. Fraps seems to have the best overall performance, but Bandicam allows for recording from multiple audio sources, which is really nice.
