Good quality or need improvement?

I was wonder if the community could watch a few of our vid's, go over them a give harsh constructive criticism, any feedback is welcome. We need to know what we can improve on. I try my best to edit to make it better quality, but I don't know if it's good enough for you guys. Could you take a look at a few videos and let me know what I can do differently?
