I'd probably always suggest Skype. Just make sure you all have semi-decent connections, otherwise quality is going to suffer.

We have the same upload speed. Well, I don't really know the concept on VoIP, all I know is that it needs a server and I'm in a group wherein they have their own TS private server which is sponsored by someone.

Do you do any post-editing? I'd suggest everyone recording into Audacity and syncing up audio for even better quality.

Hm.... I mean I'd use Skype, there is Steam, idk how well that works though. If it were me I'd use Skype.
