Good on-the-go vlog camera suggestions?

I have a excellent DSLR but I want a smaller, cheaper camera to take around with me when I vlog day trips so I don't always have to lug around a really heavy camera.
I just recently sold my hand cam (an old JVC everio) but the HD quality that it boasted was almost non-existant and it was really bad at night in places where there was no natural light (like my bedroom with the light on).
I want one for under 200 or one that I can find being sold by someone for under $200 (Australian).
Does anyone know if the Canon Powershot SX230 HS is any good? I found it being sold for $200 AU
please help me

For on the go vlogs, if you have a smartphone I'd definitely recommend that. Very portable and you can upload on the go :)

Iphone 5!!!!! But dont edit it on an iphone! Either use imovie, adobe premiere pro or final cut

To be honest, most cameras these days record in HD, and the qualiy is more then enough for vlogging.
I did like the larger sensor in the Canon PowerShot S95 though - a larger sensor shoots better in lower light conditions ;)

I have a Samsung S3, but for some reason the whole phone eats up my free sd card space

There's so many versions of the Powershot, what's the best one/difference?

Hm thats odd, how much memory do you have on there? And how much internal memory?
