Good Headphones For Video/Audio Editing

Thanks I went with the 380's theyre good so far, not keen on the wire though, it makes me want to have the tower on my desk instead of under it because theres a high chance of it getting caught on my chair. I am happy with them, cannot really fault them.

heh. same issue I've got. Otherwise, they're stellar.

Im in the habit of unplugging them after use for now :D At least the wire is replaceable if I do break it at some point. Have you considered replacing the wire with a straight one? I have seen a couple on Amazon.

I know it's not wireless, but the ATH M50s have a very flat sound. Perfect for monitoring audio for video editing purposes. They can be very uncomfortable for long periods of time, though.

I hadn't considered that at all. Actually didn't know it was replacable. Or forgot. Both are equally likely.

I think I'll look into that. I really couldn't be happier with the set in every other aspect. It would remove my only complaint.

Tossing my two cents in, I really suggest Razer Kraken headset. They are really light weight and designed to be worn for hours upon hours at a time. I wear mine at home and at work, so about 12 hours of wear time and it feels fine.

Also it has really nice and effective noise cancellation cushions. My girlfriend could be yelling at me and I don't notice.

Thanks, that could help someone else still. I went with the Sennheiser HD 380's theyre really good only issue with them is they are not wireless. Otherwise they are perfect for my usage.
