Good Give Away Prize Ideas

What I have seen getting popular is New Gen. smartphones, steam or game cards, maybe even a game item that you can get at GameStop like a replica of the portal gun or a replica of the tomahawk used in Assassin creeds 3.
 
Well i'm not giving huge prizes away I have less that 500 subs, but I think i'll probably go with cards. Steam or whatever that what. Basically a 10$ card to whatever.
