Gold1 Networks TV Claim

Gold 1 Networks TV 'claimed' rights to one of my videos. When I tried to protest, YouTube replied robotically that they will get back to me in a month. Meanwhile, Google ad banners are running on my video. The banners start at the ten second mark and run for the entire 4 minutes of the video. It's not that anybody's making a fortune off me, the damn video only has 500 hits. But if Gold 1 Networks TV 'claims' somebody's video with a zillion hits, I suppose piracy has a nice reward. I'm concerned that YouTube, which is owned by Google, is taking so long to respond. My video, which is a philosophical statement about finding balance in life, looks stupid with an ad banner for diapers slapped on it.

I don't think the OP is in the network.

What that "30 days" means is that the claimant (in this case Gold1 Network TV) has 30 days to respond, if they don't then I'm pretty sure you win.
