Goals For 2014

Well I am really hoping to reach 1000 subs this summer! I have 855 right now. I joined YouTube in 2006 and then became a partner right when they started doing that but I never knew about promoting, branding, updating often, any of that stuff until more recently so most of my subs I gained without trying/knowing. But now that I started trying I feel like my gains are pretty slow and my new vids barely get any views lol.. oh well.. I am having fun and learning a lot. :-)
 
get back into posting 2-3 videos a week (haven't uploaded in like 6 weeks)

2k-4k views a month average (if I get this I should get a payout every 2 months, which I can spend on new games and equipment for youtube)

Build an audience that likes/comments on my videos and are actually interested in when I upload.. I guess those are good goals :)
 
Honestly i don't think getting subscribers and views are great goals because you really have no control over that!

My goals include
1. Setting a reasonable upload schedule
2. Finding more people to collaborate with ( I can't carry the channel all day by myself )
3. Balance my passion with life ( school, swimming, etc. )

Oh yeah
4. Get fit over the summer
5. Sleep more
6. Be useful and productive
 
Youtube-related goals...
750 subs and >1000 views per video that I'll upload in the future!
But... I only got 40 subs the first month, haha.
