I would suggest maybe including some type of pictures/characters within your banner. Since you are a gaming channel and there is a lot of content that is visually appealing to your audience, people may expect to see that.

You could use a better logo & banner (my opinion).
Maybe some more attractive thumbnails ? But thumbnails will get better in time
You can also use some background music
