First let me tell you have nervous I was before making this video. Talking about something that a lot of people think is something to be ashamed of really got to me but I am not afraid nor embarrassed about my PCOS. It is just something to get used to.
I know a lot of women who never find out they have it and I think it is important for everyone to understand that it is nothing to be ashamed of, nothing to be afraid of, the world won't end just because you have it.
