Request GFX Artist Needed

I'm looking for a GFX artist I can work with and be good friends with. I'm going to be honest, I'm not going to pay, but in return I will put your channel, if you have one, in my sub box, put your link to your channel in my description and it'll always be there and shout you out in videos here and there. I'm a growing gameplay YouTuber with almost 200 subscribers and I've been doing my own art work and used a template for my banner, but I need more professionalism and uniqueness. This is really more directed to growing or barely starting out GFX designers who are really good but don't have the recognition. I'm here to help them also! Thank you for your time.

Uhh not really sure if anyone is going to do this for free.. If you are willing to spend money you can go to Fiverr or SEOClerks and get designs done for cheap.
