Getting your video seen

Hey guys im PocketPaul :)

I have a new channel and got my fist video recorded and ready to be uploaded. I'm just thinking about things like tags and ways that my video can be seen and not lost on the big world of you tube. I have started using twitter (follow me :P) @P0cketPaul , but what shall i use for tags in hope to get a few views? I realise im not going to get a 100 views or anything on my first video but i wanna try my best to get my video out there as id like constructive criticism to move forward.

Also i know my YouTube link isnt working as yet so if anyone wants to look its PocketPaul my YouTube channel.

Here's what I've found out by researching this for myself:
Your tags and description are extremely important if you want your video to come up in the YouTube search engine. First you need a unique and interesting title. Then you need to write a description using all the key words from your title and using key words that are being highly searched for (google has a service which tells you this). Your thumbnail is also very important to draw in viewers. A creative design and bright colours attract more viewers.

I need to start making thumbnails. Thank you for the advice much appriciated. (Sorry for late reply been ill and offline :(
