Getting my channel noticed is difficult :/

YouTube is hard in general, but it honestly isn't that "hard". Don't use the excuse that you're a small channel for the reason why you're not being noticed.

^ I agree with what Uber said above. You've only been making content for 3 weeks. How can you possibly expect to gather a large audience in a matter of 3 weeks? That's barely enough time to really establish your channel. It takes people years to gain a larger audience. If you're expecting to grow huge overnight, just stop now. It's going to be a lot more work than you think.

In terms of growing a channel, you got to be doing something new, and exciting. Not saying that your videos aren't good, I haven't watched any. When I look at your channel nothing stands out to me. Nothing new, nothing different, just things that a lot of other gamers are doing. Your channel falls into the category of "The abyss of gaming channels that are exactly the same". If you want to grow, you got to be doing something new, different, exciting, and something that's going to draw in people.

Your channel could also use custom thumbnails, and a better avatar.

Sorry if anything I said came off as rude, I didn't mean for it to. It's just your channel is in the very early stages that you can't say it's hard to get noticed. You simply haven't had enough time for it to.
I don't expect to grow big overnight at all. I never said that, and I know full well that it would never happen like that. I know it takes a long time to even grow your channel so that it is slightly big. I know that. I am willing to put hours of work into my videos and int my channel to make it the best I can. I wanted to start off my channel where I do something the same as other YouTubers though, so that I can attract people doing the same as me :) Then if I start to get a bigger audience will branch off and do something unique. Yeah, agreed that I need a better avatar, but I don't even have custom thumbnails allowed, so can't really do that aha:P Nope, I take all that you said as constructive criticism and say that you have helped me a lot, and for that, thank you :)[DOUBLEPOST=1382174827,1382174756][/DOUBLEPOST]
well I have experimented with my channel quite a lot, you'd be suprised how much views and likes minecraft still gets but I do understand what you may find it going into the abyss.

how do I feel about the abyss? I think it all is taken off from the commentator, even if you were to play indie games, I wouldn't watch the person with boring commentary.
Totally agreed :)[DOUBLEPOST=1382174956][/DOUBLEPOST]
It would be better to do that but in reverse ie start with unique stuff which will attract a fanbase then move onto the likes of FIFA.
Do what you want ofc as it is your channel, I'm just giving advice if you want to grow faster.
Not at all! I am happy that some people are actualy giving me advice to grow my channel :) I really appreciate it! Do you think I should start an alternate series, which I do along with Ultimate Team then, and try to make it unique?

Think about this :

How to get noticed in a crowd who all do want to get noticed?

You don't really unless you are really special. Ofcourse it is hard to get noticed. In my opinion lets-plays are oversaturated and the chance that you will hit 'gold' is quite small, you just should keep creating quality content and do your tags/description properly (SEO) and get your channel out with various social media stuff and hope that some people eventually will pick it up and do the latter with the socialmedia for you which might cause a chain reaction or something. Patience and luck is currently key.

Thank you! I ap

It's kind of hard to say, considering you have two different genres on your channel (Music and Gaming). You do have a lot of Minecraft, which is something almost every gaming channel has. Also some happy wheels, also something a lot of gaming channels have.

If you take away the music videos, I would say that your channel falls in the abyss. Which there isn't really anything wrong with that, as long as you're having fun that's all that really matters. On my gaming channel I have nothing but Minecraft, but that channel is strictly where I have fun. I don't care about growing or anything like that. But when it comes to truly growing your channel, especially for gaming, you got to be doing something new and exciting. Something that isn't on majority of gaming channels.

I swear you know a lot about youtube so what is it we 'abyss' gaming channels should do. What 'unique' thing is not already done??

Someone had to be the first to play Slender, or amnesia, or minecraft or any of the other now popular games, try to play new games that could become big.

Well that's the downside about gaming, it's hard to be unique and not do things that's already been done. With gaming being the most over saturated genre, finding something new is difficult.

The best thing to do is to do what others aren't. Don't play games that everyone else is playing. (Minecraft, Call of Duty, Happy Wheels, Amnesia/Slender, FIFA, GTAV, etc).

When you create content that is on 95% of gaming channels on Youtube, it makes it very difficult for your channel to get noticed. Sure there is a large audience for those games, but you're battling with hundreds of thousands of content exactly the same.
