Getting dislikes but no negative comments

Ignore them. The gaming community seems to be the nastiest of the bunch. Unless you are a bigger YouTuber you'll get disliked for the fact that it seems that you are trying to cash in on the more popular gaming channels by having one of your own.
You need a thick skin for this hobby. Start now by ignoring the thumbs down and focusing on the thumbs up and the positive comments you are receiving!

We agree it would be nice to know why a video we make got someone to thumbs down it, but doesn't it count as a positive to the algorithm?
Any interaction whatsoever helps your video/channel as YT can't know if someone truly didn't like it or is trying to sabotage, so it's all counted as an 'interaction' - and the more the better?
That's what we thought anyways. It's not like reddit where it's a down vote. We may be wrong though.

I'm not like letting it get to me! I know haters will stick arround and be larger in number when time goes. Would be nice if you had to comment why you disliked doe ^^

Likes and dislikes are both counted as engagement on YouTube, so I'd be thankful that someone stopped by and helped boost your channel with feedback. 
If they're not commenting, they probably just didn't like what they saw and clicked the button. Not every video is for everybody, so don't worry about those folks who aren't interested in what you're doing.

Xingcat's advice is probably the healthiest way to approach it. Just accept that not everyone will like everything (nor should they).
If you repeatedly get thumbs down though, maybe try to give honest thought to why it's happening and how you can improve the video's content or quality. But yeah, basically.... haters gonna hate

It's a hard thing to get because you can't really know why someone disliked a video. The best thing to do is to just move on. It's just a number and doesn't really matter in the long run. If you have 5,000 dislikes and 5,000 views, then you have the problem.

Dislikes and no comments are pretty unproductive, especially when somebody chooses to do it for every video. It's very vague feedback (meaning you can't use their thoughts to improve) and it actually counts as a positive towards your channel, so really the thing I'd say to somebody who does that to my videos is "Thank you for your support".

That's really helpful. Then i actually don't bother doing anything. Because it's like when my videos get above 250-400 views, then dislikes comes, and its not like the retention drops of early or anything. Thank you for your words!
I guess it says it all. I also don't see it as a setback or anything, i honestly don't want my videos pure green. I would just quit the project way to fast.
If i could i had PM everybody who did that, and said TYVM. Haha. I only now realize it's no big deal. First problem solved by the YTTalk community.

Dislikes are good in the sense that Youtube counts it as an interaction. But if too many people are disliking your videos then that's a problem. I'll often shut a video in seconds if the dislikes are overwhelmingly high. This is not good for your watch time. Personally if I started getting way too many dislikes I would probably start asking the audience in my video or even on chat where I could improve on, or what suggestions they have.
