Starting out with an ambitious twelve year old consumed with gaming and a rather keen interest in the value of YouTube, Travis dove head first into the diverse, delicate and diverse world of Video Game Channels. Set up with a shoddy Mac (talk about ambitious), Travis quickly gathered together his tools: Skype, Steam and what would any noobie YouTube gamer be without his copy of Minecraft? Over the course of the next few years, Travis would meet a plethora of characters. Some dropped off on the side of the winding path to their own voyage while others stood by his side. A few identity crises here, a plentiful share of the British accent and hearty dose of built-in microphones and free recording software and Genesis Gaming began settling in. The first iteration of the channel was named 'GeckoDew' compliments to our beloved and now moved on Oliver. The second and the silliest grew into 'ZombieSpackers' thanks to the bombastic and adolescent minds of the team. Finally, after a long winding road that rose through the hills, down the valleys and somehow through loopdeloops below Hell, a fresh and mature group raised the banner 'GG' and thus, Genesis Gaming was born.

Initially, this was nothing more than just a little gateway to sit back, grab a drink and play away with friends while the camera rolled on. But, as time went on and through the many people who came and went, we slowly realized the potential in our little channel of ours. We are nothing short of a family. Genesis Gaming has a few members who have been there from the very beginning and some of us are brand new additions and there's nothing like gaming to pull us all together. We're a relaxed and flexible group of characters, always looking forward to the next adventure. But, as with anyone who has the ambition to drive on and improve, we have to take a serious and professional stance when it comes to keeping everyone and everything working properly as one moving body.Attendance
In order for us to grow and keep the gears smooth and turning, we actually have to have people present and willing to help out. That being said, members are expected to be here for the majority of the time and it is expected you give us notice before planned absences (emergencies are completely understandable).Contribution
We will also dedicated certain days for specific videos (episodic series, updates, trailers, random content, etc). In doing so, we ensure that every member will contribute to the group and we have a consistent stream of content for the audience.Demerits
Those who are absent from the group for long periods of time, or do not help contribute to the group will receive 'demerits' and once you receive your fourth, we'll have to relieve you from the group (allowing you back in is a thing of circumstance).
