[Gaming] do people judge your voice?

One said I sounded like a pervert which is the point.
The other is my little cousin being traumatized about the voice I use in gaming.

I could tell you were a chick in the videos. I don't have any clue how old but still at least I could tell you weren't a little boy.

Personally (no offense to any kids here) I don't watch the videos that the younger kids do. I mean they may have something to say that may be revolutionary but as soon as a hear a little kid with a 10 dollar walmart mic and pointing the camera at the TV I go elsewhere. That's just me. Also those people who make those really lame jokes that are super kid friendly and talk down to their audience like TobyGames (he's insufferable)
 
My voice is how it is, it's not particularily dark, but I can get it a bit dark, and a bit high if I want too. :P
My voice acting for female characters are the bomb, LMAO

But yeah, I don't watch videos with squeakers, there's just something about it I can't stand. I don't care in real life, but when it's on videos or in games I just can't stand it for some reason. Lol.

People will always judge, but generally not many from my experience on youtube! Best advice I have is to be confident with what you've got!
 
I don't think that many people judge you unless you are particularly feminine sounding or sound like a little kid. It does, however, have a huge impact on your views. People are going to watch more if they enjoy hearing your voice.
