Try doing different adventure maps for Minecraft. That's always fun. Not only does it give you something to record and upload, but it also introduces your viewers to the map, so they can play it if they want to.

Basically a Machinima is where you take a game and turn it into a short series. You know give the game characters their own personalities, but keep it relevant to the game .
