I see you use main as profile. I tried high but I went back to baseline cause the video was a bit less smooth when I uploaded it.

This is the best i could find that balanced performance and size as well as YouTube compatibility, im sure there other ways of doing it but if your video is not smooth i would imagine it has to do with the frame rate of the input being different than the output, for me i record at 60FPS and render at 29.97 which works out well, different bit rates could impact this as well
