Or use some Lithuanian words here and there as you play. It would be funny if you said 'damn' and such in Lithuanian whenever you lost or something. Makes you stand out and also educates. Lol.

Yeah! It's would be really funny if I would say "Po velnių" instead of "Damn it" and "Taip! Laimėjau!" instead of "f**k yeah! I won"! And maybe add subtitles at that place

But "jobtvajmat" can be noticed as bad language, but nothing will happen if I use it, true?

I don't know how that works in Lithuania. I know you can get away with it here cause its a foreign language but I don't know if the Lithuanian version of YouTube has any rules against it.

From experience I can say the audience retention is a bit higher when you do commentaries. At first I uploaded some plain old videos no voice over and not I started making some videos with voice commentary and people start paying attention. 
If you are afraid of how you sound in English try reading some texts out loud to get use to how the pronounce some words, also listening to people speak in English has helped me a lot before doing a commentary.
