OBS is also good like @Pepijn mentioned but its more for livestreaming therefore recording might feel difficult to set up.

That depends, you just need to watch some vids and find out what works the best for your PC I could off post mine if needed.

Yeah it does depend, but I'm just saying new people may find it hard to set-up. I use OBS for livestreaming and Dxtory for recording.

Dxtory with the Lossless codec or Bandicam, which is the one I use. Both are around 20-30 dollars and very good.

I've never really had this issue with Action! This problem would not really persist because of the software too much. It records the "system sounds" which are also the game sounds. That might be something with your computer and it not recognizing some system sounds.
