Gain in subscribers start to slow down ?

Hi,
I start making reaction videos in 15th July this year (3 months anniversary yayyy!!!) and gain 500 subscribers in the last 3 months (Is that a good rate for small channel?)
Then there has been a sign of slowing down recently. I remembered I once got 10 subscribers per day on average, but now it goes down to half of that. On certain days I do not even get any new subscribers, and some subscribers even leave although I make videos regularly and I do not think there is a degrade in quality (from my pov of course). Start to feel a little bit worried actually lol - like things are going really well, feeling really motivated and it just halts.
People who experienced the same thing in past, should I start thinking of making some positive changes ? Any advice is welcomed.

Three months ago would have been about just before the big vacations. Now people are back to school and watch less. It's absolutely normal that growth is seasonal on YouTube.
You can check your Analytics if a certain traffic source has dropped in particular and if the audience retention on your latest videos is lower than on the old ones.

Ahh... that would explain a lot.

I'm at the 380's right now 3 months in myself. And I have seen quite the slowdown lately as well. Though I thought Oct-Dec were considered hot months for Youtube.

The third quarter has Halloween and Christmas as tent pole events. That's why it usually leads to higher traffic and earnings.

Dig into your analytics. What videos got you the most views? Which got you the most subscribers? Where did that traffic come from - did it come from search, external traffic, or promotion? With that information handy, figure out what can you do to replicate that success.
