Do fullscreen help my with my channel to by more watched by athers.
Will my videos by more weve?
It help or not
 
Fullscreen don't promote small channels (and that's actually reasonable because they have A LOT of partners) but they do give you the tools which help you to work your way up.

i wish... all they do is.. like your videos and thats it .. so everyone who subscribe to fullscreen will see your video (atleast you made one, not that saying they will whatch it )
 
No networks will offer such promotion unless you are a large channel.

I know Fullscreen have hub channels which you can upload too, but that's about it. It's more about the tools to promote yourself not actually promoting you themselves.
